Inspection processClear scope, on-site execution, buyer-side reporting

How SSTI works

A practical inspection process from request to report.

The process is designed for buyers who need reliable on-site execution in China without adding unnecessary complexity.

Workflow

Six steps for buyer-side quality control.

1. Inquiry

Buyer shares product type, supplier location, order stage, timing, and required service. SSTI confirms the request is clear enough to scope.

2. Requirement Review

SSTI reviews order details, product specifications, packaging requirements, buyer checklist, and any known risk points before the visit.

3. Supplier / Order Check

Verify the supplier site, production setup, order status, and readiness conditions before or during execution.

4. On-site Follow-up

Go to the factory, warehouse, or loading point. Check real production or shipment conditions and document what is found on site.

5. Report

Deliver a structured English-language report with findings, photo evidence, practical comments, and points requiring buyer attention.

6. Next Step Advice

Help the buyer understand risks, communicate with the supplier, and decide on release, hold, or follow-up before shipment moves forward.

On-site execution

Factory-floor evidence is the core of the process.

SSTI does not rely only on supplier statements. The team checks what is actually happening at the site, documents visible findings, and communicates what the buyer needs to know before goods move forward.

Site Check

Inspection work is performed directly in the production or loading environment.

Execution Detail

Findings are documented with practical comments for buyer review.

Send the order stage and inspection objective.

SSTI can respond more clearly when the buyer provides supplier city, product category, order quantity, schedule, and required service type.
