Initial Production Check (IPC)

Description: IPC is conducted when 5%-10% of products are finished. It checks product quality based on appearance, workmanship, safety, and function to ensure production feasibility.

Random test

During Production Inspection (DPI)

Description: DPI takes place at 30%-50% completion. It helps ensure products are being made correctly and detects potential defects early in the process.

Full analysis

After the product 100% is completed, we carry out a comprehensive inspection of each product, including appearance, handwork, function, safety, etc., at the designated location according to the customer’s requirements, strictly screen the good and defective products, and instantly report the inspection results to the customer.

Final Random Inspection (FRI)

Description: FRI confirms overall quality before shipment. It checks if the goods are 100% complete and meet the required quality standards before delivery.

Container monitoring

Customers submit inspection requests through online platforms or customer service channels, providing details such as product type, inspection location, and expected timing. SSTI scheduling team will match professional inspectors based on the project requirements, confirm inspection standards and methods, and schedule a specific time with the factory. This phase typically takes 1-2 business days, while remote areas or complex products may require additional coordination time. Experienced inspectors arrive at the designated location at the scheduled time and conduct inspections based on international standards or specific customer requirements. The inspection includes, but is not limited to, the following: product specification compliance, functionality testing, appearance inspection, packaging compliance, and sampling statistics. On-site inspections for regular products can typically be completed within half a day, while complex products or large-volume inspections may require an extension to a full day. After the inspection is completed, the inspector organizes the inspection data, photos, and video evidence within 24 hours and generates a detailed inspection report. The report follows a standardized format, clearly listing inspection results, defect descriptions, risk levels, and improvement suggestions. All reports are delivered within 24 hours after the inspection. Expedited services are available for urgent projects.In summary, the standard cycle from appointment to report delivery is 3-4 business days: preparation for the appointment (1-2 days) + on-site execution (0.5-1 day) + report generation (1 day). Through a digital scheduling system and a nationwide inspection network, we ensure that services can be completed within this time frame in most areas.
